Seaside City Festival – Shore Leave Bremerhaven With plenty of different kind of ships to admire at close quarters and a diverse programme on land and water at the Harbour Worlds complex, this major event in Bremerhaven makes a welcome return after its successful launch in 2016. Visitors can also look forward to entertainers, street food and maritime arts and crafts. A varied programme of music as well as activities for children round off the festival programme.

Sail Bremerhaven 2020 A grand showcase for tall ships that will appeal to sailing enthusiasts and landlubbers alike. Sailing boats took centre stage for five whole days during the 2015 Sail Bremerhaven event. The event featured more than 270 boats and ships – most notably the Alexander von Humboldt II – with around 3,500 crew members. It attracted a record number of visitors yet again, with 1.2 million people on the quays and in the city. We look forward to seeing you in 2020!
